# Юридическим лицам

Юридические лица-**нерезиденты** РФ могут приобрести токен A7A5 в личном кабинете на официальном сайте. Процедура приобретения включает следующие обязательные этапы:

1. Регистрация: Пройдите регистрацию в личном кабинете и добавьте профиль компании.
2. Верификация: Пройдите комплаенс-проверку и верификацию компании.
3. Подключение реквизитов: Привяжите расчетный счет компании (открытый в рублях или юанях) и электронный кошелек.
4. Пополнение счета: Осуществите пополнение расчетного счета компании.
5. Формирование заявки: Ознакомьтесь с договором купли-продажи, подпишите его и создайте заявку на приобретение токенов A7A5 в личном кабинете.
6. Оплата и получение: Произведите оплату сформированной заявки. Токены A7A5 подлежат зачислению на привязанный электронный кошелек.

Для юридических лиц-**резидентов** РФ возможна покупка через брокера-нерезидента. Этот вариант покупки доступен только для операций на сумму свыше 600 тыс. руб.
